Field ops · Time · Materials · Payroll

The whole job site, on the record.

EZ Site Track is the job-tracking app for small field-work crews. Your team clocks in with a GPS stamp, sends photo and voice reports straight from the site, and requests materials with a pin on the map. You get hours, costs, and payroll — without chasing anyone.

How it works

One day on site

No forms to fill in at the kitchen table, no group-chat archaeology. The record builds itself while the crew works.

07:02 — At the gate

One tap to clock in

Crew picks their job and taps once. EZ Site Track stamps the time and GPS location on the punch — so "I was there at seven" is a fact, not a debate.

10:38 — Mid-morning

Report without stopping work

Snap photos or video, or hold to record a 30-second voice note — EZ Site Track transcribes it to text automatically. Every report lands on the job's timeline, tagged and searchable.

13:15 — Running low

Request materials with a pin

Out of lumber? The crew lists what they need, sets a needed-by date, and drops a pin for delivery. You approve from your phone; everyone gets a push when it's ordered and when it lands.

16:58 — Wrapping up

Clock out, day filed

One more tap and the day is closed: hours, reports, and requests all attached to the right job on the right project. Nothing to write up later, nothing to remember.

One app · Two views

The crew taps. The owner sees.

Everyone signs into the same app. What they can do depends on who they are — enforced on the server, not just hidden in menus.

For the crew

Do the work, skip the paperwork

  • My jobs, grouped by project — today's assignments front and center.
  • One-tap clock in / out with your own session history, so your hours are never a mystery.
  • Report composer: text, photos, video, or a voice note that types itself.
  • Material requests with status you can watch — requested, approved, ordered, delivered.
For the owner

Every job, without driving to it

  • Hours dashboard: today and this week, drill down by employee, job, or project.
  • Report timeline per job with photos and transcripts — search the whole archive, even finished projects.
  • Approvals inbox for material requests, with live badges and push notifications.
  • True project cost: labor hours × rates plus materials, rolled up per project.

Built for real job sites

No signal? Keep working.

Basements, rural lots, concrete shells — coverage dies exactly where the work happens. EZ Site Track is built for that.

Offline outbox

Clock-ins, clock-outs, and reports are saved on the phone first and sync automatically when coverage returns. The original punch time is what's recorded — not the sync time.

No duplicates

Every queued action carries its own ID, so a flaky connection can't double-post a punch or a report. Once means once.

Not a tracking app

GPS is stamped only at clock-in, clock-out, and delivery pins. EZ Site Track never follows anyone around in the background.

Payroll is already done

Set an hourly rate per employee once. Every GPS-stamped punch feeds the week automatically: totals per person, broken down by project, exported to CSV for whoever cuts the cheques.

Questions from the field

Does EZ Site Track track my crew all day?

No. GPS is stamped at exactly three moments: clock-in, clock-out, and when someone drops a delivery pin on a material request. There is no background location tracking — ever.

What happens when there's no cell coverage?

Everything keeps working. Punches and reports are saved to an outbox on the phone and sync automatically when coverage returns, keeping the original timestamps. Queued actions carry unique IDs, so nothing ever posts twice.

Which phones does it run on?

iPhone and Android. Everyone on the crew installs the same app and signs in with their own account — what they see depends on their role.

How do voice reports work?

Hold to record a voice note on the job. EZ Site Track transcribes it to text automatically, so reports are readable and searchable later — no typing with work gloves on.

How does payroll export work?

Pick a week and EZ Site Track totals every employee's GPS-stamped hours, multiplied by their rate, with a per-project breakdown. Export it as a CSV and hand it to your bookkeeper or payroll service — it opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Can employees change their own hours?

No. Punches are made by clocking in and out, and the record keeps its original stamps. If something needs correcting, that's a conversation with the owner — not a quiet edit.

Put every hour on the record.

Get your crew on EZ Site Track this week — setup takes an afternoon, not a consultant.
